We provide a simple and complete guarantee for any Portfolio or Expert Advisor purchased. If our Portfolio or Expert Advisor doesn’t work properly on your account and we’re unable to resolve it, or the drawdown on your account exceeds 23%, we’ll provide you with an alternate Portfolio or Expert Advisor.

We do not recognize nor accept the PayPal 180 Day Refund Policy, our Refund Policy is the only Refund Policy enforceable for any purchases from our site. No refunds shall be issued without the required proof and the below conditions being met.

Conditions for Return

In order to be eligible for a return:

• The Portfolio or Expert Advisor must have been purchased within the last 365 days.
• The Portfolio or Expert Advisor either does not function within an MT4 terminal or exceeds 23% drawdown.
• You can provide the relevant proof of such, including but not limited to screenshots and videos.
• You did not copy or reverse engineer the Portfolio or Expert Advisor.
• You did not breach the Terms of Use.
